“Why am I so Amazing?” This line from cult classic Invader Zim sums up the character Zim.

“I Kiss Droids” I know I do, especially R2D2.

“Zombies are People too” If you prick them, do they not bleed? Well, sometimes they do.

“19” Steven King’s gunslinger is taught this mantra. “I do not aim with my hand; he who aims with his hand has forgotten the face of his father. I aim with my eye.”

“Insomniac  sleep is for the sane” The voices comfort me.

“Spice  good for cooking and intergalactic space travel” In Dune, he who controls the Spice, controls the universe.

“100% Scifi Geek” Geek. n. a person with an eccentric devotion to a particular interest.

“MMORPG  reality is for the weak” LFG Onyxia!

These T-Shirt designs were created for display in the 2004 Dragon*Con. I decided to do this because I couldn’t find any T-shirts that I wanted to wear. Some of these original designs found their source in my friends, others I made up myself. Click on the images for larger versions.

The designs here were the result of a collaboration with digital artist Gareth Botha. His first big break came when his work was used as the cover art for Seether’s album, Karma and Effect.

“Cold and Broken” I was experimenting with random line generation in this work.

“Programmable Beats” This heart was part of a larger piece that I isolated for the T-Shirt. I wrote the poem which goes as follows:

: while ($day <= $lastday);
:     if ($love)
:        beat ($heart);
:     else
:        break ($heart);
: endwhile;

“Aftermath of desire’s waning bliss” I worked on creating a surreal effect here.

“Once. Twice. Forever” By duplicating the artwork, the woman becomes locked into her expression.
